Established as a generalist law practice in early 2021 by practice director and senior lawyer, Suzanne Macmillan, Macmillan Legal offers professional expertise across a broad range of legal practise areas. In terms of meeting client objectives and achieving successful outcomes, Macmillan Legal punches above its weight. At Macmillan Legal, we recognise the importance of being entrusted to advise and assist clients in confidential legal matters and maintaining professional relationships with clients by building mutual trust and respect. We understand that while some legal issues are relatively straightforward, many more are complex and challenging for clients. Suzanne Macmillan

Macmillan Legal is guided by senior lawyer and director, Suzanne Macmillan. Suzanne graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia in 2010 and was admitted as a lawyer by the Supreme Court of Western Australia in early 2011.

As a mature age law student, Suzanne’s practise of law is informed by the wisdom and skills gained from broad experience both as a legal practitioner and prior career paths.

Suzanne is recognised among her colleagues, friends and clients for her practical, incisive and strategic understanding of complex legal issues and broad legal knowledge, and is known for her empathy, compassion and personal approach.

Suzanne is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia and the Family Law Practitioners Association of Western Australia. Suzanne is also an alumni member of the University of Western Australia and the College of Law. Macmillan Legal is PEXA affiliated.
